From the start of June, we have been offering our Freedom Programme via Zoom.  

Moving the programme online has been a learning curve for all of us, including from a technological standpoint.  However it has meant that we have developed a set of emails and now have emailable handouts for the attendees which they can look back on at any time.

• Childcare not required 
• Session held outside of working hours 
• Documents provided digitally

Cons

• Suitable WiFi requirements 
• Children might not be in bed 
• Lack of face to face networking / bonding
